someone hit me with the old sugar trick i need to know everyhing i need to to to clean it out what all i need to do thanks for any info....i know i have to frop the tank but how do i flush the lines

I would open the lines before the injector harness and filter and spary a couple cans of brake clean down them and use compressed air to clean out the lines.

the old myth about sugar in the tank will blow a motor.is false sugar is a hydrocarbon gas doesnt dissolve it.it just sits in your tank like sand.if you got a good sock on your tank youll be fine.just clean tank out.i had 3 vehicles done at the same time.didnt hurt a one of them

When I worked at a Ford Dealer I had a car that had a bad missfire. I tore down the engine found 2 cylinders that the intake valves were so gummed up the were no closing all the way we blamed that on sugar. Insurance came looked at what we found and paid the claim like it was sugar in the tank.
