sure you don't mean 99+ 94-98 has the belt buckle bolted to the floor. 99+ have it bolted to the rack

I can sell ya some nice seats thats manual, they are here at work out of a 2004. 100 bucks for both front seats. I have gray, black , and tan, they are all cloth...
