What springs to use

What springs should I use in the rear end of my 89? I have 4 cyl springs in the front and the rear right now. I have been told that I will get better 60's with 8CYL springs in the rear instead of the 4 cyl. I have a set of the 8cyl springs just not sure if that will help out or hurt me. Any help would be appreciated.

All I know is that with Sportline's, on slicks, I cant pull better than a 1.99x

Lots of guys run the 4cyl springs in the front and back. If your going to put a anti roll bar in the rear, then GT springs is the ticket. For now, I'd go 4cyl springs in the back, air back right rear and some good sticky tires. The 275/50 MT drag radials work really well.
