I found a set of south side lower lift bars for sale cheap. I know they are out of business but has anyone had any good luck with them. Thanks.

They work good but tear the torque box eventually

Yea i have a set of SSM uppers on the 86.Starting to make noise,but since they are out of business,im kinda SOL.Buy another name brand.

make noise = need grease on the control arm bolts

They are torque box KILLERS! They are solid mount and don't allow any type of flex as the lowers move up and down, which causes the metal to flex and eventually crack. I have repaired a lot of these.

Well i have done that.Multiple times.I bought them off of a guy that said he had them on his car for about 3 weeks untill the car got stolen and he recovered it (Arizona) but i think the bolt holes are a little hollowed out from the wrong bolt size.I cant get new inserts for them,so im lookin for new stuff.
