With the year we have had as Bangerz there has been ups and downs just like anything that happens in the real world you have to take the good with the bad, but damnit life just isn't fair My cousin Casey (27 years old) took his own life last week and I am really confused and angry, he was all smiles all the time and always helped people out , but he must have been hurting bad inside for a long time.... I have been kind of in a daze for a few days you know you grow up with somebody you have all these great memories and then you get older and talk less do not hang out any more because something is more important and the next thing you know you get a call from your father and he says that he has bad news (i'd say) I am more pissed than anything but I also think that maybe if everytime I saw him just talk with him ??? I know nothing I can do can change anything but I am not taking this very well at all and I wanted to get it off my chest before I explode at least in the last two years we have kind of kept in touch ???? I just know that the world lost a great guy ,father ,freind and MMA fighter because no one could see he was hurting :( and now I am hurting because of that  I just want to say if you have any one in your life important to you call em and tell em you love em !!!!

Sorry to hear about your loss, that really sucks. Suicide is very painful for family and friends to handle. I hope your family and friend become stronger through this ordeal, I'll pray for you guys.

Josh I was talking to Andrea ( Victorias Mom) and she trained with him at Neals place. She said that morning he was in court for his child and everything went good there. They really didn't understand why he did what he did. Hope you are doing better buddy!

I just want to say if you have any one in your life important to you call em and tell em you love em !!!!

That's very good advice there.

Believe me, after Vinny passing away, I make sure I tell my family members I love them every time I leave or hang up with them. I'm SO glad I gave Vinny and a hug and a kiss the morning he left for work after shoveling snow (he usually left before I even got up for work so we didn't talk in the mornings), and we both said "love ya" on his way out the door. We weren't always good about doing that (every time), but that morning we did. ;)

Im sorry to hear this. Ive been where you are. I lost someone close to the same circumstances. What kicked me in the ass was that he did it on my birthday. If you want to talk to someone about it, let me know. Again, Im sorry for your loss. It hits hardest when its someone close like that.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Try not to think about him as walking around hurting all the time because that probably wasnt the case. Sometimes people can be perfectly happy and then in a desperate moment take their own life.

I'm sorry to hear that. Like a few have said, people take their own life for many different reasons. You will be in my prayers.
