return style fuel rail question

anyone know if 98 cobra rail wil fit a 99 cobra manifold? anyone have a 98 rail i could borrow for mock up? :confused: im putting 99 motor in 87 coupe and going to run return fuel so trying some stuff out

nope will not directly bolt-on, the 98 rail must be modified. the 99 and 98 are 2 different intakes

You have two options, weld the 96-98 fuel rail tabs onto the 99/01 rail or use the 99/01 rail and buy an adapter that will allow it to connect to a return system.

where can i get this adapter? and did you mean weld the 99 tabs on the 98 rail?

NX makes an adapter that will work and I have a custom made one here at the shop you can take a look at, and if you want it let me know .
