ive put two gears on my distr and they keep wearing out i got a 88 gt roller, and it hydro cant figure why it keep eating gears

well, what is your old gear made out of? I think that you need to use Brass on a rollor cam.

Get the plastic one.They are supposed to be much better and longer lasting than any of the metal one's.

Yea i saw one down at Cincy Speed.Damn,i sound like freakin spokesman for them.HAHA.But they did have one down there.I believe it was one of the best gears produced yet.Its kinda pricey but will outlast all others.

The gear he is talking about is made out of some kind of composite I have had one on my car for a couple years now with a solid roller and I just looked at it the other day. No problem and no wear.
