has anyone used one of these yet?

my tbird has had alot of bugs in the wiring since i bought it and now its acting weird, it will run really rough like a plug wire came off or something then it will smooth back out and repeat the process the whole time im driving, and for some reason now i cant even read codes because the scan tool wont work on it (yes scan tool is working fine) and im getting tired of messing with it and replacing stuff, so i think it would be best to just replace the whole wire harness, but i dont know if this harness has EVERTHING, like the o2 sensor wiring and all that, plus i dont know if the tbird wiring is any different than the mustang.
oh, and this harness is for the 5.0 right?
any help would be appreciated
