3 tires are yunk, back tires are bald and 1 front wheel is half bald ,plus someone put wheel weights on them.....let me know

3 tires are yunk, back tires are bald and 1 front wheel is half bald ,plus someone put wheel weights on them.....let me know

JUST GOT MY MONEY,OFFER STILL STANDS FOR THE WELDS $400.00 THE BEST I CAN DO,3 OUT OF 4 TIRES ARE JUNK ,AND THEY HAVE WHEEL WEIGHTS ON THE OUTSIDE.........LET ME KNOW.........
