Every member of Stangbangerz donate 100.00 of there tax incentive money to the site. Now the site is the soul property of the members!!!!! We take the money and say buy our own track!!!!! say Tri State, Have TnT every nite charge 10.00 carload average 100 cars 3 nites a week thats say 3000.00 a week at say 24 weeks thats 72,000.00 To run a not for profit track!!

now take the 72,000 and build a large pole barn and design it into a Haunted house to be run by Volenteers of the site let it run for 5 weekends prior to Halloween (Thurs, Fri and Sat) put 800 people through each week at 10.00 a person thats 800 a week at 10 bucks equals 40,000

I was talking to Dick, who owns Edgewater a couple of weeks before the track opened, He stated it cost $60,000.00 a year just to insure it.;)

3117 members @ $100 each = $311,700...that's hardly enough to buy a drag strip. Besides i think the sole property might be in Holly's hands so you'd have to pry it out of them first :D

The haunted house would be a boat load of "non taxed" extra income ie: like a cover charge at a bar
As for how much it would cost to insure and run the place ask Dick, he makes enough money on TnT to pay for the track all year. The rest is profit!!!!! ie concessions and special events.

A Haunted house is like a Teen club.. You can make a shit load of cash in a short period of time with no overhead!!! Have done both.:bigthumb

I've always wanted to open a car themed club in Eastgate. That place by Danberry theater would be perfect. Nice big parking lot..you could have car shows and in the summer that place would be packed.
