24 ft encloed trailer

For sale is my 24ft enclosed trailer, I am looking for a new one and need to sell this first, 1995 American Eagle I think is the name, I have it on the paperwork, 24 ft. 4 wheel brakes work great, tires very good, aluminum wheels.
The roof leaked in the past, it is sealed now, there is some rust at the rear channel piece of the rear door, it has been like that since I had it, it can be fixed pretty easy if you want to deal with it, or use it like I did! The one panel inside got wet when the roof leaked, I was going to replace it but never did.

Lights all work, and it tows great!
