so got the new 42 inch tv today and after 6 hours of cleaning and moving stuff i finally got it mounted! Plug my satellite in it works then splits the picture showing to halfs of the org picture. if i knew i could get a new one tom and get away with throwing this one in the yard id rip all 200lbs of it off the wall right now!!!! :(

that is the pip feature dude. picture in picture is what that sounds like to me. just read the manual and turn pip off.

naw it aint the pip i just turned it back on and now it worked fine for 5 mins then its slow to change screens and its 3 different shades and jumpin around

Sounds like your TV needs an exorcism! The HDMI inputs keep dying on mine heh.

What brand is it? And I would also be sure that its not your Dish box....like hook ANY thing else up to it and see what happens.

Have you adjusted the settings on your Satellite box to support whatever the native resolution is on your TV?

hopefully the new one works , but if not then its the cabling from the sat. or sat dish it self.

its in the tv as mt playstation does that same thing! what really pisses me off was that i called the tosihba and all they could tell me was to unplug it and if that didnt work he is a repair places number! WTF!!!

take it back to where you got it. They should replace it immediately. And as far as the unplugging, unless it has a windows operating system that's not going to work.

I say take it back and get a totally different brand and thanks for the heads up I wont be buying toshiba
