And anything else that would lighten this damn Cobra up a little bit. Anybody have any suggestions? I'm looking to get a lighter battery, and I heard tubular suspension pieces help alot too.

Thanks in advance guys.

rear seat delete, tubular front suspension, light weight seats, aftermarket hood. lighter battery or at least relocated battery are all of the somewhat practical things I can think of. You could also ditch the AC and power steering but that's more drastic.

Wheels?

It has CCW's on it already, I'll look up the weight, but I don't think there bad.

Basically, I want to save a few pounds, but not really sacrifice a ton. Definetely a no-go on removing AC etc. I'd like to do things that are easily reversable as well.

Anyone have any places that would be best to get the tubular front suspension pieces from? MD maybe?

I wouldn't run anything but the best on that car. Maximum Motorsports, and yes MD can get that for you.

Cameron has a good list....plus wheels (but the CCW's should help)

I wouldn't trust UPR under the front of my daily-driven on the street. I would trust MM. JMO. :dunno:

Where's some pics of the car and are you bringing it out on Sunday?

The car won't be making the meet tommorow, I'm still waiting on the shipping company to pick it up. I was supposed to get it this weekend, but it just didn't work out.

I'll definetely be making the snow cone meets if you guys still have those.

Here are some pics.
