so, i've had a hd widwscreen for 2 1/2 years but no hd

pic was good though, so i'm like F' HD, then we picked up a small vizio 1080p for the bedroom, pic was even better, i'm like F'HD again

switched to time warner with HD. HOLY SHit, I can't believe the difference.

So now i'm obsessed, my widescreen downstairs doesn't have hdmi, so we decided to make a game room for the ps3, wi, rockband, guitar hero, etc..

Found an open box special on a 58" plasma at hhgregg, 1080 p with hdmi, picked up a onkyo tuner with a 7 speaker setup plus sub.

HOLY Shit again, after 3 hours of trying to figure everything out, the pic rocks, the sound rocks,

i swear when i run over dirt on need for speed pro street, i feel like i'm getting the stuff in my eyes.

also plugged my pc in and optimized the screen, nothing like internet porn on 58" lol, j/k well maybe

Yep...Jenn and I also just recently finally joined the HD digital age. We got ourselfs a 40" samsung 1080p lcd, Wii game system, and got HD cable. A home theater system is next on our list. Wait till you watch NHRA on ESPN2HD....it's like your at the race and can smell the nitro.

do you have time warner hd? iv had nothing but problems with their hd boxes. Iv exchanged three of them, this one still doesnt work properly but it was the best of the three.

i do and one of the first 2 boxes i got was bad, i do not like their boxes as much as dish, dish was faster on the dvr, had the 30 second jump, and held more memory.

but, for the money on the time warner bundle, i coudln't beat it, plus, instead of 4 rooms, i have cable in 6 rooms now
