Fox Body engine bay wire id ?

I'm trying to ID a wire in the engine bay of my '88 coupe. It comes out of the main factory wire harness by the starter solinoid/stock battery location. It is black with a green line on it...has what looks like a in-line fuse holder..but it is realy just a bananna type connector. Has a serrated eyelet ring on the end. Any one know where this connect to and what it is for?

Well..by looking at this diagram I found online...i'm pretty sure it's a ground. Pin 40 and 60 on the diagram
