I would suggest searching on Modular Fords. You should be able to find all the info you need or want there.

thought about it too...but i wanted to do the V10...after doing some looking around on other boards, i found the bottom ends of both the V10 and 5.4L V8 triton motors bottom ends are pretty weak from what i gather.
