Well, the addiction has been solidified in my being. We had 3 sessions and I had an instructor for the first 2 and got signed off on to go solo for my 3rd. My line was just about perfect on the 1st one (scored 9/10) and identified all flag stations and meanings. Picked it up on the 2nd and the 3rd was freaking phenomenal. Very tentative at first, but by the 3rd session I was taking the tight corners under speed.

I do have to replace my struts now, though. They took all they could on their ailing bodies. I can compress the fender to the tire just by bouncing it.

Hook, line and sinker.

Even if you drive at 7/10ths on a track like Mid Ohio, it is like CRACK!

In a way I'm sorta GLAD I was never able to afford that addiction!!!!!!

I'll be at Putnam Park later in the year :)

Pics from the track day--just proofs, I'm getting a CD of the originals:

Probably the only time I'll be "leading" a GT "supercar" or a Bimmer

Going fast around a course is much more fun than acceleration in a straight line.
