Jeff: Do you know what size they are? If you can measure one, let me know I'll see what I can do.

Thats the problem. I gave my stock k-member and a-arms to another guy, so I don't have the old ones.

I read somewhere else, that I could use a 5/16th grade 8.

I know you can get them from places who sell k members.... I remember when I bought my PA racing k member and a arms they had the opportunity to buy a bolt kit.... think it was like 25 bucks tho....

I'm sure they would be more than enough, I would use a nylok nut on them as well (you should be able to get everything at Tractor Supply) -

Yeah..... I meant 5/8ths too!

I think the 5/16, would have a tad bit of slop in them.

Figure out how long you need i have them in fine thread and coarse.

Looks like 4 5/8, Brian. I would think fine thread, would be best.

What I found elsewhere, was the stock size is 16mm x 2 x 117.5

Converting it to .629 (closest 5/8) and 4.626 in length (closest 4 5/8). The 2 is thread per mm, so I think that would be a fine thread.

Yeah, I saw that too, but it doesn't tell you what bolts it has in it. For that price, I'm thinking it's just the bolts for the k-member, to the frame.

Guess I could call them.

I need these for mine too. I will hit up tractor supply tomorrow and post up what I find. I have one good old one for diameter comparison purposes. Thread doesn't really matter since I am going to get new bolts and nuts. The 4 lower on the frame are fine on mine. Need the 4 up higher on the subframe.

Tractor supply has grade 5 bolts and grade 8 bolts. I picked up 4 bolts and nuts today. I got the grade 5 ones because they were the same color as the original one I brought with me. I am re thinking the choice. Are Grade 8 bolts strong enough, are the grade 5 bolts too weak?

If you were seriously road racing I would lean towards the grade 8...the 5's will be fine. If anything they would have a tendancy to bend before they break. These bolts won't see the load they can withstand. Especially if you are running rubber or poly bushings.

I think keith is talking about k-member to frame bolts.

Yes. K member to frame. They have I think the right size for the a arms too. I will get the grade 8 for those.

I finally got an answer, from PA.

Jeff, all bolts that are required it's a complete bolt kit. You get 4 a-arm
bolts, 2 rack bolts,4 frame bolts front,4 rear bolts (bottom frame). Thanks

Seems like a great deal, for all that comes with it. :)

I ordered 4 A-arm bolts and nuts today from Fastenall out in florence. They had the nuts with the free spinning washer too. They should be in tomorrow and are going to run me 8 something each for the nut and bolt.

I have bolted in my stock K-member. I need to get some washers for at least the bottom of the 4 bolts that go through the frame rail. My new question is how tight should I get these? I have a torque wrench that goes over 150 foot pounds. Is 150 enough? Or shuld I go more? I do not want to skimp on this area of the car.

The classic question.... get them tight, but not too tight. for the k member to body make sure you don't crush the rails, but you want it as tight as possible. As far I did the same thing for the a arms to k member.

I did put in tubes in the frame rail where the K member bolts in. I do not think I could crush my frame rails. LOL.
