What happened was i was in the right lane getting onto I-129 and he was in the left turn lane and we were going around the cure going twords 75 and he came into my lane as we were turning and he hit me...fucking dick ass cops

Then about a month ago a bus and dump truck get tangled and a kid dies. Then last week, about a mile from me a bus and truck collide... thank God there were no kids on the bus then. I dunno... but something has got to be up.

It may have something to do with more districts outsourcing the bus driver positions to keep legacy costs down. When in reality, the GD school officials need to be held fiscally responsible with the funds the district receives, and cut the "fat" from the top...but that will NEVER happen!

If your talking about the ramp from 129 East bound to I-75 South bound, the lane you were in (the right lane) ends due to construction, and you are required to merge "left".

Did the contact occur where the right lane ends, or did it happen prior to that point where there are still 2 functioning lanes?

Sorry to see your car got guffed up, but at least no one was injured.

Why sue the school? People have accidents every day. Shit happens. If it was the bus drivers fault then the district has insurance that will cover it...:rolleyes:

Nope, even if the school bus driver is at fault and it's a school owned vehicle YOUR insurance will have to cover the damages but it will not be held against you. I know a guy that had a Mason school bus turn into him, school bus drivers fault but his insurance covered the cost with no deductable. I had a sign off a Metro bus hit me and even though I had $500 deductable policy my insurance had to cover the damages that the sign caused with no deductable. Some goofy law that I can't remember about public vehicles....:rolleyes:
