Fox 5 lug swap

What all is needed to swap the front to 5 lug, ive heard just certain other ford rotors, and spindles and all. Any help is appreciated.:)

As long as you have V8 spindles on the front, all you need is rotors for an '87 lincoln mark 7. You can reuse your old bearings/ seals.
