do they use the stock hook ups or not

They use AN fittings, but you can buy adapters that fit your stock fuel lines from Russel, then go braided to the fuel rails

They use -8 braided line. Alot of people run -8 from the factory lines under the hood.

And yes they are still for sale.

I assume you need to run a different type of regulator with these?
