The nitty gritty:
302 bored .030 over...newish dunno how many miles but it holds 60psi at idle
mild cam, not sure what brand or specs on it
smooth 5 speed
new clutch
new fan, aluminum radiator, water pump, t-stat...it stays cool folks.
new rear brake lines
new black carpet...yes, new ACC carpet installed.
aligned yesterday

Drivetrain wise it is daily driver worthy and will still whoop up on(verified kills)stock to bolt on foxes, my friend's 98 GT, bolt on 94 and 95 GTs, my 91 350 Z28, pull on an evo 8 and fwiw a gutted integra with H22 swap. Faster than your average 5.o but not a pro streeter either. Alas, it's not perfect nor will I claim it to be. I got it in piss poor shape, nothing worked in the interior, it was trashed red(yuck) so I began a slow black swap/paint.

The bad:

No door lock actuator on the passenger side

No door lock on the driver's side, nobody tried to break into it so it's straight, just missing for some reason, that way when I got it.

One of the wires is broken on the passenger side window switch, could be soldered, it's broken at the contact. If you are boiling alive you can hold the wire to it and it will roll down...did I mention it has NO AC OF ANY KIND...delete.

Most interior pieces were painted black with SEM Satin black paint. Looks awesome and have had many people compliment it and were amazed it was painted and not dyed (see pics).

Unfortunately seats are still red.

Cluster was butchered by previous owner, only thing of value in it is the tach. See pic of it. Just get a new one or I will get a new one, whatever.
Speedo doesn't work, just stopped about a week ago. It's not the cable or gear...checked both, they work. It's in the transmission..fawk that.

Rear end is from another car, not stock, feels like 3.55s or so, turns about 2300rpm at 70mph, not fox savvy so you may know, 100% positive it is posi tho.

E-brake spring(circular) broke, would need a new e brake handle/unit, not the cable. It's fine and I placed it in the spare tire area so as to not rub on the driveshaft. I just leave it in gear and don't park on hills.

Would need black armrests to finish the black interior(aside from seats). I have door panels and dash vents in the mail so they are not in the pics. Just picture them there, I know it looks bad without them lol.

When you roll up the pass. side window it comes off the track a bit about 3" from the top so you have to pull the window in from inside the car to get it back on track. Haven't messed with it much to resolve this
.

Cable thing for the HVAC broke, either put in a new one or leave it. No, AC and I wouldn't drive it in the winter so you could leave it or put it in, wouldn't be a problem.

Dome light works, hazards work, signals work, door chime works, door-open switches work, headlights work(I have a brand new pig tail for the headlights just because.), tail lights work, illumination works, put in a new dimmer, it works, radio works...when I got it none of these things worked, I had to do a lot of wire chasing and repair(not half assed taped up shit either...everything was crimped properly). Also, kinda cool thing, I put in the map-light rear view mirror from my camaro in it as well as the dome light so you have the dome light as well as 2 lights under the mirror come on for better illumination.

The ugly and worst quality of this car which may be a deal breaker for some of you...the kid who owned it before me hydroplaned it and put the left 1/4 into a concrete barrier just barely and smashed the GT tail light(about that, I took it upon myself to install LX units, they look 10x better btw) and wrinkled the 1/4 a bit. Not enought to bother me but it sucks balls because the car has no rot anywhere...one thing the floor is patched pretty shitty underneath the driver's seat, the seat rails are fine but between them I would cut out a new panel from another car and weld that in. I don't see why it couldn't be pulled and straightened up real nice, I've seen worse.

Sorry for the really long post but I don't want to leave anything out, you, the potential buyer will read this listing carefully...(if not then why are you even looking at this car) so as to not feel like I'm trying to snake anyone into taking a lemon off my hands. I've driven it to cincy from school 2 round trips without a whimper, I've driven it to work every day for about 3 weeks now and it gets about 22mpg(had to figure this out the hard way...run out of gas completely twice). I'm not looking to rip anyone off. The car is located in Morehead, Ky about 50mi east of Lexington. Pretty much exactly 100mi from Eastgate. It has a fresh Ohio title I just got with no problem last saturday. It is a rebuild title, dunno why but it was no problem for me to get it titled from a KY title to OH title on saturday, a quick check of the vin and mileage and it's a go. Mileage on the chassis is 176k but like I said, the drivetrain is not ragged out or anything. Tight and smooth as you can ask of a 306, T5 and 8.8.

Why am I selling it? I want a bike, I must have a bike...I have motorcycle on the brain and have had it on the brain for about a year. With gas going up it doesn't make sense for me to drive to and from school and work twice a day every day of the summer by myself in a V8 car. If someone was really really interested in it I will bring it up this weekend...I mean someone with cash in hand ready to buy it if they like what they see. If the door panels and vents aren't in by then then I will just hand deliver them when I recieve them if the car changes owners. This is my first ford, I'm not a mustang guru so I'm not in-the-know on the mustang market but I think $2,800 is a fair asking price. We can start from there. Lowball all you want.

Other tidbits

Custom made cnc shifter bezel and radio bezel...I made these at work myself so you won't find them in another ride. They look nice on the black.

Mac shorty headers(chrome I guess) into stock catted h-pipe, then into flowmaster 40s that dump before the rear axle. Has that flowmaster sound, it's louder than a stocker with the same exhaust...people know it's a little built.

I cut and welded the stock shifter to lower it, I think it's better this way lol.

BBK or at least a look-alike cold air intake...goes into the fenderwell and all that jazz.

No AC and no emissions of any kind except for the catalytic converters..engine bay is wide fawkin open.

Wanna talk to me on the phone about it? Call me at 513-720-3688 or email me at kiroc89@yahoo.com either one is reliable, possibly email moreso as I sleep during the day for the most part...3rd shift bites. My name is Kyle.

The pictures in the link are when I first got it. I will take more after I give it a nice bath today as well as provide some sound clips, running clips etc. Thanks fellas.

One more thing...I didn't do that to the fuel door, I know it's hideous. Also that hood scoop crap is long gone. It needed to be destroyed. It also doesn't sit that high anymore. One of the first things I got for it was a set of drop zone springs, yea, not the best but it looked like a damn 4x4 so those are included but not installed. I guess it had recent suspension work before I bought it because it has settled down a bit.

I looked up reef blue and this car doesn't have that hint of green reef blue has, more like straight up blue. I realize initial asking price may be high after looking around so I'm entertaining any offers

Aww, no love for my 88. Oh well, that's okay, I didn't build the thing..nor did I paint it:confused2 but it's gone, sold. Finally got it all put back together before the new owner picked it up. In case you're wondering here's what it looks like all cleaned up.

Thanks fellas.
