It's a 2008 Honda Shadow 750. I got it yesterday and put 70 miles on it! I can't stay off of it! I have been wanting one for about a year now and finally convinced my wife we would "save money" due to gas mileage over my driving my F-150 everyday!!! :lol:

I looked at a lot of different bikes (Honda, Harley, etc) I really wanted a HD Nightster but for the money, I couldn't pass up the Shadow. I got a new bike for a lot less than I could have gotten a used Harley I wanted.

I'm having all the badging taken off and the tank/fender ghost flamed the first week of August :D

Just like chase said he looked at harleys and for the price he couldnt beat what he has in it.. Honestly would i of done the same thing yes.. why over pay for a a bike that he bought to save money on gas prices, I like it chase even tho its not a harley it sure does look like one.. Nice bike buddy

FWIW...A guy at work put loud pipes on his Shadow, and it sounds awful...so be careful if you change the exhaust, you may not like it if you like the sound of a Harley V-twin...the Honda V does NOT sound the same through straight pipes.
