My wife and I have had our house for sale in Middletown. For some reason i ve never thought to put it on here. Its a 3 bed, single bath , large eat in kitchen, nice sized family room, 2 car garage, deck that was built a few years ago. Small fenced in back yard, electric heat/central air, All apliances are less than 2 years old. range and dish washer are brand new. Ill get some pics up in a day or so. Asking 96,000 OBO. May consider land contract to the right people. This is a perfect starter home for a youg couple or a perfect home for elderly(it doesnt have any steps). Oh yeah it was built in 1992.

Come to think of it mark i was at my uncles house yesterday was tellin him about your house, He said you aint tellin me nothin i remember when it was built, He lives across the street in the apts . Nice house bump for ya 96k is a steal

i just bought a house in springfield township, i close 10/23 ... i would be afraid to move to middletown, robbie and metcalf would have me out street racing :lol:

looks like a great deal, only 17 years old ...

Really wish it was in or around Amelia, we really want to stay in this area, sucks! We love ranch style houses and the car garage! Hope you sell or rent it soon, at that price $900 I'm sure you will! ;)
