So, last Sunday, I took the car for a drive and as I proceeded to leave the car wash, this JUNK wouldn't start... Just crank... So, I looked over to make sure the digital 6 was doing it's job, and it was... Popped the hood, fuel pressure was up so I'm thinkin'... spark issue some where...

And what's the most common spark issue with these fox's... TFI module... Well, I finally got it to start that day and it died again before I got it in the garage.... So, last night, I threw another TFI module on it and man, I swear this thing feels like it fires up easier, light throttle is very responsive, and WOT feels the same....

Anyway, I was wondering if anybody tried one of those Dyna-mod module's?
Looks like a good idea but I thought I'd ask around before I bought one...

Well, I thought about it but the dizzy is 4 months shy of being 2 years old so I thought everything would be good to go... ;) How hard is it to replace that rascal anyways? thanks!

Its damn near easier to buy a new dizzy than to replace the module inside it. I picked up a reman distributor for my grey beater two weeks ago from Advanced Auto for under $60. :bigthumb

IWRBB is right though, themodule inside the dis. usually goes out wiping out the TFI with it. ;)

since yours is so new you should be good though.

Yeah Curt I hope you have a press if your's is anything like mine was. I 'aint B/S you either. Mine like to never come off even in the press. Like Matt said it's easier just to go purchase a new dizzy.
