Mach 1 question.

So I just got back from looking at an 03 Mach 1 that appeared to be 100% stock, however when I looked under the car there were tubular bars that looked like it tied the frame. Are these stock?

Thanks, I am looking at one that appeared to be unmolested and only has 26k miles on it for about $16k. I just wanted to make sure.

It's black. Unmolested, very very nice shape minus the wheels having a little curb rash. The only downside is that it is an automatic.
