On my stang I just got I ran a compression test last night, as I knew something was wrong with it, but wasn't expecting what I found...

Drivers side starting at rear: 95, 101, 101, 92
Pass side starting at rear: 85, 0, 0, did not test last cyl.

What am I lookin at here?

(87 5.0L)

I would think a headgasket would be most likely

Yep...blown head gasket between 2 and 3 most likely. If it's not the head gasket..then it probably something much worse (piston/ring/valve damage).

Both plugs looked a bit oily in those two cylinders, but all the plugs in my Jeep look like that most of the time. A buddy told me he suspected the headgasket too, that will not be too bad if that's all it is.

Will Advance know what I need for an 87 with a 5.0L or will I have to go somewhere else?
