Running rich?????

Specs on car.
89 coupe,E-cam,comp valve springs,edelbrock performer intake,half inch spacer,19lb squirters,stock maf,mac cold air (fenderwell),Mac headers,mac X-pipe,Flows with dumps,3:55 gears,elec fan,180* t-stat.
Its running about 12-1 on A/F ratio when it was on the dyno.Does it just need a tune? Or am I missing some thing.

What is your timing and fuel pressure?

10* and i think my fuel psi is 42.I cant remember.Ill walk out and check it with the hose off at lunch.
