Xpipe?

OK my friends has a 03 gt. He has the steeda cat back exhaust with the stock h-pipe he is going to buy a off road x-pipe. He is going to get a bbk pipe is there going to be any welding or anything he will have to do or will it just bolt up to the headers and the cat back system? I know he will have to cut off his h-pipe.

Unless someone welded the h pipe on, it shouldnt need to be cut. The x pipe should be a bolt on swap.
