Another '04 Mach1 Question.

This time, my friend bought and installed a new throttle body (65mm, IIRC) and a CAI. I don't remember the brands.

He install all this and said it will not idle right. Says idle rises, as the engine temp goes up, ended up at 1300 RPM.

I'll also add, he has a tuner for the car and I don't know if he did anything with it, to try and change the problem.

Idle issues seem to be common with aftermarket TB's. It can be smoothed out with a tune. You can read a little more about it here: http://modularmisfits.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6128

Tune it. Had the same problem with my mach.
