Motor swap?

I picked up an 86 Mercury Capri. It has a 4-cyl in it. I will tear apart the motor before I do anything but I am wondering what I can swap in there if it is shot & what all would be required for each swap.

I have free access to a 351w from an 87 Bronco.
Would like to use that if possible but I'm guessing it's not.

You can literally put just about any engine in it you want. 4cyl turbo, small block, big block, mod motor or even small or big block chevy's. The sky is the limit.
