Can tuners unlock these if they are vin locked ?

No only SCT can I have one that is vin locked right now I'm trying to find someone that can unlock this without sending it to SCT. Its 150.00 to have SCT unlock it.

There are 2 ways to remove the VIN-lock - the first is to return the vehicle using the tuning back to stock, and the other is to send the unit in to the manufacturer for them to unlock it, which costs a significant fee.

You might wanna try this... Came off of f150 online

I bought mine used but got a good deal on it so It will still be cheaper than new
