went to slick 2 0 tonight and i'm glad i did, my previous best was an 12.07@120.46 - 2.00 60'
first pass with the cones i ran a 2.2 60' and a frikin 12.6@118 (for those that don't know, edgewater puts a frickin cone in the outside groove in each lane if your on street tires, morons)
i'm like to hell with edgewater lol
i decided to run pro tree with the umtr guys and figured i could maybe go without cones,
#2 - 1.98 60', 12.08
#3 - 1.95 60', 12.03
i was ticked, mph was about the same 120 and change, but # 3 i picked up .5 in the 1/8 but no extra in the 1/4, car was hot, and i was ready to leave, but ian (drivermod) talked me into staying for one more.
mashed it, 1.94 60' and passed through at 11.94@121.11 mph
i was stoked! 11 second car with a 2.56 gear, automatic on runflat tires
there was a c5 z06 with 550's at the wheels compared to my 436 and he had 17' drag radials and was only run 11.8's @ 128, driver error i suppose, but i was still happy, he thought my car was a Z06 with my et.s lol, he don't know the new ones too good
anyway, very happy!
