If it was a soldier then it was the Army inside the Suburban. The Army uses the Air Force for air support so that means that was the Air Forces mistake. In Iraq we had more friendly fire from the Army than Insurgents.

Sounds to me like the guys in the Suburban were the ones who make the mistake.
