Ever had or heard of problem?

I have a Steeda smog pump delete pulley & a set of ASP underdrive pulleys on my car. On my underdrive pulleys the water pump pulley seems like its larger then what is supposed to be and makes the belt rub the belt when it passes under the idler pulley and the top of the water pump. Also on my smog delete pulley it sticks out to far and the belt sits on half of it. Has anyone ever had this problem or is the just a bad luck of parts or does anyone know a company that makes a good set of both that i wont have this problem with.
