OK so I was wandering around at the supermarket today and saw this. I had to buy it for the sheer experience and brand name..

The plan is to cook up a batch tomorrow. I will let you all know tomorrow night. But this was too cool to pass up.

Be careful not to break any chili copyright laws while you're at it

leave out the salt and mesa flour...........

I only use it when making a small batch of chili, big batch I use all my own spices.

yeah it was sadly not what i call great chili. It was tasty but sorely lacking in chilis and it for sure did not need to be thickened. Good none the less

I have to finish my last batch of chili before cooking the next.

3 lbs ground beef, 2 lbs HOT pork sausage was the beginning. The ending is heartburn.

I must have done something right :)
