For Sale 1992 Mustang GT 5.0 Liter

I have decided to do the unthinkable: I am going to sell my 1992 Mustang GT. This car, minus the gauges, is 100% stock and exactly why I bought it. The car still has stock exhaust. My plans was to build it a 9-second Mustang but I am getting in over my head with the parts so I decided it would be best to sell it.

Details:
Price: $4,950
Miles: 77k (this is what the title says but it might be 177k)
Exterior color: Red
Interior color: Dark gray
Transmission: 5-speed
Modifications: None! The car hasn't been whored out.

The good: This car is one of the cleanest Fox body Mustangs you will find. If you see a Fox body Mustang out driving around, chances are it’s been ragged and beaten to death; this hasn’t. The car still has the stock clutch, if that tells you anything and it has never been wrecked.

The bad: Although the clutch is fine, the throw-out bearing is on its last leg. The car has been garaged for the past 3-years and only driven ~50-miles. Because I let it sit out for a while, the fuel pump and starter (which I do have) need to be replaced and you need one tire while the rest have ~40% tread left. The front bumper has a few scratches where the owner before me bumped into a mail box.

If you’re looking for a good starter sports car for your kid, this would be a great buy. Either way I just want to see it go to someone who will take good care of it. I tried to explain everything the best that I can. I am finicky when it comes to my cars so I always pick out the smallest defect and want to be upfront with people and not waste their time. Anyone who knows anything about Mustangs realizes that the ’87-’93 GTs are some of the most sought after car out there. I have personally witnessed some of these cars going for $8-$10k+ range and selling, which is why I’m pretty firm with $4,950. Like stated in the ad, the car isn’t perfect but it’s a lot nicer than 90% of the '87-'93 Mustangs you will see.

Please e-mail me with any questions by clicking the reply to link up top. If you want to come by and check it out, let me know and we can set a day and time.
