351w into a 1963 Ford Falcon -will it fit???

A friend of mine is wanting to put a 351W and C4 into his 1963 ford falcon but is having problems finding information on if this combo will fit without cutting the shock towers. I have this combo for him but he wants to make sure before he buys it... Does anyone know if this will fit??? and if not I'll have a 351w and c4 for sale:rolleyes::D

I'm pretty sure it will fit it is just really tight, it is much easier if you cut the shock towers out. PM Timido he is doing a Comet right now and has done alot of research on this.

My buddy has a 96 falcon with a 351 in it. he says you have to beat in the firewall where the tranny is and the fender wells as well for clearance for the headers. he says its a tight fit but well worth the time ! Good luck !

The Comet falcons are tight with headers even with a 302. I plan on getting rid of my shock towers on mine to get some much needed space.
