Damn, that sucks. I had a spiral fracture 1.5 years ago and now have a rod and 13 screws in my leg. I hope your's isn't as bad and you have a speedy recovery!!

Well, I went to the doctors office today and I go under the knife Monday @ 1:00pm CST. I got to see the x-rays and it's broke really go in 3 spots, so I am looking at 3 or 4 weeks before I can even start walking on it again and 6 yo 8 weeks for full rehab recovery.

How it happened is, I was walking out of my house in the rain with my work shoes on which have no tread on them at all kind of like slicks and I hit the wet grass and whoop I went down hear a loud pop sound. I was in a new level of pain I had never known before, within minutes my leg swollen up like a balloon. I couldn't even standup, care unit took me over to the hospital and they did the work and 4 hours later I was back home and unable to do jack besides watch TV and put around on the internet. I am able to work from home so at least I can work to help keep busy.

Let me tell you this sucks!

I am just getting over the same thing here.
I'm doing physical therapy now, and it isn't very pleasant.
My leg muscles lost most of their strength, so it will be an uphill battle to regain my "Mash :evilgrin: Your Motor" pedal action again!

I tore the shit out of my leg, bad enough for air care, anyways make sure you do what therapy says, they got me to walk again.
