View Full Version : WTT: 3IN MAC CATBACK WITH (GT) 3IN TAILS

I would like to trade my 3in MAC catback (For 87-up GT) with 3in tails for a 3in dumped kit.my kit has about 500-600 miles on it.i'm having to get rid of it because of the wheel/tire combo i'm going to run.they hide nicely under the car and are free of hitting everything,but with 10in welds and big tires they have to go. let me know if your interested. thanks

I've been looking for some 3" mufflers, for awhile now. I don't think you'll find any for sale here, much less a trade.

Might try listing it "for sale" and use the money to buy mufflers and dumps.

Why not just ditch/sell the tail pipes and weld dumps onto the back of your mufflers? You should be able to sell the tail pipes for enough to offset the price of getting dumps welded on (if you can't do it yourself) and still have some cash left over.

yeah this is what i've decided to do.i just thought i'd try and see if anyone wanted them first. thanks for the input guys

Too bad these aren't LX style tail pipes or i'd be all over'em. Good luck.

no...the car in my avatar is the one they came off of,and it is a 86 GT with 87-up ground effects on it.they are the 3in version of what stock GT tails are.
