So the college where i go to school had one of their open houses to showcase the school and try to recruit new students. After we had a friend of mine's integra on the dyno we decided to bring my mustang on. We got it all strapped down and did the first pull. It likes to hesitate if i slam it to WOT too quickly and it did like i expected.
We checked the timing... it had 43* of timing. We bumped the fuel pressure up a little bit, changed the jets, and started timing off at ~19* and ended up at 23* at 7psi fuel pressure.
The best pull of the day the car made 212whp and a best of 239wtq with AFR in the 13.5's across the whole RPM Range.
The motor in the car is a fresh rebuilt crown vic 302, b-303 cam, ported e7te's, a victor JR and holly 600 DP. im spinning to between 6250-6500.
when i get some misc fuel sys. parts i'll be putting it on a little nitrous and see how it does
