i just bought an (E) cam for my '92 5.0 and was wondering if someone could tell me what kind of lifters i need and if there is anything else i'm going to need to install this.

The factory lifters are all you need.. You don't need to change anything with an E-cam

If you really want to save some time,I bought a set of tools from Anderson Ford Motorsports.They are called Tappet Tools.When I swapped my cam over in the coupe,I never took the lower intake off.Saved me a bunch of time.

if your using stock heads I highly recommend changing valve springs, and like always checking pushrod length is a good idea.

i ran the e cam in my coupe. it had stock heads with now problems. i loved the sound of the e cam too. great choice.
