It's an add on for your browser. When you are doing a search for images, it allows you to click on a small arrow box that lets you scroll through all the images for your search. It displays them along a virtual wall, that you can click on, to enlarge the picture without being redirected to the web site!
I've been using it for about 6 months, and I really like it! The only issue I have with it, is sometimes it wants to update at inopportune times.
