So everyone gets STREET out of their head. It needs to geared more towards an enrty level, Stick shift class. NOT, Only STREET CARS ALLOWED!:lol:

Ideas? Suggestions?

I think street stick is fine. I mean look at super street outlaw!

You could call it competition stick, or mild stick, or maybe super stick?

So do I, but you have people complaining about DOT tires...Screw it, keep Street Stick and keep the one rule.

EXACTLY why I want to run the class, one rule.

I might conceed on the DOT requirement, M&H makes what I need.....and they hook perfect for my planned combo.

Leave the name as-is. While I really don't think it's necessary, I would like to see a DOT tire rule.

We already get a great turnout, but I would love to see more people get out of the stands and start racing. As participants we should all focus on getting more people out there racing with us. After all, the purse is based on attendance so getting your friends out there only puts more money in your pocket when you win. If nothing else do it for greed.

You have a point sir. I still want to see a pro tree all season for both classes. Use a .400 for QS and .500 for SS. What happened to $20?

Said $30 would be more of a payout, which it is. But also a smart tactic to get some of the faster S/S cars into the Q/S class. I mean its only $20...more.;):)

I'm not even bitching about the increase to $30, but if a few more cars moved from S/S to Q/S it would make the elimantions a little more even on the car counts.


Craig, can you get DOT's from John @ M&H or am I best to go my own route?

I agree on the no rules thing. I figure if someone has more of a purpose built car, they will be in pro stick anyway looking for the higher payout.

I do thing there should be one little rule...Since Cincy speed sponsers the class, all cars should be required to run a cs sticker. (I need a new one)

You have a point there. I wouldn't mind an extra $10 to run SS. Hopefully it wouldn't backfire and turn away some of the SS guys that don't wanna pay another $10. It's just a couple less track burgers, right?

That has been a rule since the beginning. You can get the stickers at the UMTR tent.

And, there will be Open Comp added, for those who can't run the heads-up classes.
