View Full Version : 4.6 Ranger?

Anyone do this before? I got a buddy thats wanting to swap a windsor or 4.6 in his ranger. The windsor would be easier and cheaper but the 4.6 would be different and pretty cool.

Will a 4.6 fit between the shock towers in a ranger?

I've seen 5.0L explorer motors swapped into them... that looked pretty easy

Yes, I found pics of rangers with dohc motors beleive it or not. I'll try to post a link of one.
