5 lug conversion?

i just got a new project( I need this one like a hole in the head, HA HA HA )
i got a 88 lx 4cycl coupe and a 1990 lx 5.0 hatchback (parts car)im going to take everthing from the 90 5.0 and put it into the 88 4cycl coupe. After i get everthing switched over the first thing i want to do is convert the 4 lug over to 5 lug status with disc brakes on the front and rear. What is the easiest and cheapest way to do this without doing like a baur or aerospace setup right now?

Get everything from a sn95 car. I have the front spindles for sale in the classifieds.

Pm me if you want a "bang for the buck" way to get the 5 lug. As for the rear disc brake thing, I'm still drum... Figured I'd finish the car and leave that for a later upgrade...
