i want some welds, but idk how to get them to fit on the front, can i shave the brake rotor down or something? i know i would need a spacer for the fronts. anyone know or have them on a mach 1 or cobra?

The rears should bolt right on. You do have to run a spacer up front to clear the brakes. If the track is being picky you will need 3" studs and open, long shank lug nuts to be nhra legal.

had the same problem with welds on my cobra i got away with grinding on the front calipers and installing longer studs and using a 1/2 in spacer. Also just double check the rear calipers for clearance mine rubbed just a little bit so i had to grind the rears as well

the rears will bolt on but might rub a little. Aj had rodlites bolted up to the rear of his Mach1 and they rubbed a little against the caliper. If your not afraid of grinding then you will be alright like posted above.

I know the cobra's got 13" front brakes but didn't the Mach 1 and Bullitt get teh standard GT brakes with painted dual piston calipers?

Ok, well that does make it a little more difficult then. Welds may be a tough fit in a 15" rim. I have heard that Centerline Telstar's offer more clearance. A lot of guys can run them on GT's without spacers.

I have ran all different kinds of 15" wheels...I have billet specialties on it now and if your willing to do some serious grinding you can make anything fit:lol: I run a 7/16 spacer up front and nothing in the rear.
