Went to the Levee last night. Trying to find a parking space was a bitch. Finally found someone getting ready to back out so I waited for them. It was a large green Suburban. This lady backed out straight and then turned the wheel. Well as she got closer to the other parked cars, I see her put on the brakes. Then she lets off the brakes and puts it in gear. Still rolling backwards, she hits a brand new chevy pick up. Not hard but hard enough to leave some deepscratches in the bumper. Then she just drove away. I wrote down the plate number on a business card and left it on the pick up's windsheild. If you are going to drive a huge by large SUV, learn how to drive it. Hope she gets a call from the guy's insurance company and has to pay for a repaint.

wow that is pretty shitty. I hate when people can't drive. Hell even unexperienced people in bigger trucks suck just as well. Thats how the Mazda got one of its war wounds. Way out at the end of the parking lot and someone still managed to back right into it and jet off. Of course no cameras in the lot or anything. Isn't Kentucky a no fault state to where you have to fix your own car no matter what?

Yep, damn no fault ins.
Having never drove anything big or pulled a trailer, I managed to drive a Ford extended cab diesel pulling a trailer without any problems around Detroit. Now backing was fun since the 8 ft bed had a cap and was loaded full.
the truck I drove hauling my TA away

Gotta agree Keith...so many out there that have the big trucks and no idea how to drive them. If you can't drive, park it!! I'm actually getting pretty good at whipping my Tahoe around. Next up....taking her down the drag strip since I don't have to compete with your race truck!! :cool1:

actually the ky no fault thing is misunderstood..... that does not mean your insurance covers you.. their's covers them. their fault they cover... basically without getting in legality... my understanding is it mainly means that if someone without insurance hits you, that your insurance MUST cover it, and some other finer details, that in certain cases multiple insurances split costs.

The race truck is gone, yes but the Exped may hit the track just for sh*ts and giggles.
