:agree: almost 12lbs per fat tire, almost 6lbs on a skinny which is alot of rotating mass, but the summits are easier to clean and they look decent

mine is just a street car.. if i was hardcore into racing then welds would be better but i just go out and bash on the streets. also the lug nuts rock you can you basic conical style lug nuts alot cheaper....

The Summits are cast aren't they?
Cast wheels are fine on DD's.

12 and 6 lbs, that's a lot of weight.

if 12lbs. means that much then go on a diet... thats how i feel about it if it was 100 lbs then i could understand

I hate to be a smart ass here but its 24lbs on the back and 12 in the front
24+12=36
36lbs of rotating mass is equal to about 120lbs of static weight, so it is a significant difference if you care about weight

if it matters that much then you better stick with welds then... all im saying is i like the wheels for less then 1/2 the price of welds and they offer pro star copies in 4 lug, and they dont require 100 dollar lug nuts thats my point ....
