Basically, Nasa and Google are funding a new college to be called Singularity University. The leaders of this new college feel that by the year 2040 or so AI will have surpassed human intelligence. They are going to prepare scientists for that inevitability. At some point I am sure they will be a network controlled by a single AI (Skynet).
